First navigate to the Settings area by clicking on your company name in the upper right, then select Settings.

Then select Products & Services and click the Import button.

First, select which products you want to import. By default all products are selected.

Choose whether or not this product should be considered recurring revenue. Unchecking this will configure the product to be a one-time fee and have revenue recognized on a specific date.

Default term length in months for this product. ProRata uses this to determine the start and end date for subscriptions. 

This value should indicate the contract term. ProRata uses this length to determine the start and end date for the subscriptions.

You can choose the deferred revenue and income accounts that ProRata will use for monthly journal entries.

You can then click the Import button to start importing your products. You can edit each individual product for additional and more advanced product settings.

ProRata will not show "tracked items" on the product import page.
