Selecting a date range

You can select a predefined date range or choose a custom range to run your report against.

Sorting and filtering

You can sort and filter the results using the sort and filter icons in each column.

Field Chooser

You can choose which fields to display on the report by clicking the field chooser icon in the upper-right corner of the grid.

You can choose where to show each field: Row, Column, Data or Filter. In most cases you will want to add additional fields to the Row Fields group. You will have to drag and drop it there as newly added fields show up in the Column Fields.

Export to Excel

You can export your results to Excel. The exported file will contain exactly what you see in the application. Any sorting, filtering or grouping will be applied in the file.

Collapsing to dates

You can collapse reports to either show only Years, Quarters or Months by using the date icon in the report toolbar.

Choosing your summary mode

You can choose your summary mode for the report by clicking the summary mode icon in the report toolbar. For example, you can choose Absolute variation to display month-over-month change for the Revenue Report.

Expand/Collapse All

You can expand or collapse all rows by right-clicking a row and using the context menu to expand or collapse.

Downloading and printing charts

You can download charts by clicking the menu item near the chart and choosing your file format. You can also choose to print just the chart.
