How to create custom reports and share them with other users

Creating a custom report

To create a custom report navigate to the Reports area and click the Create Report button.

Choosing a report type

You can choose from two different base reports: Revenue and Subscription. The revenue report will group data by month while the subscription report will list subscriptions with various related fields.

What gets saved for my report?

When you save your report the following gets saved:

  • Date range

  • Fields chosen in the field chooser (see Using reporting in ProRata)

  • Any filtered fields (such as filtering by product, class or location)

  • Field ordering in the grid

Sharing with other users

You can choose to save your report as a shared report. Other users in your organization will be able to run your report.
