Navigate to QuickBooks top menu. Then choose either Invoices, Sales Receipts, Credit Memos or Refund Receipt.

Select Completed under status to filter by completed transactions.

Click the Undo button to remove the entire transaction (all line items) from ProRata. You can then selectively re-import line items you want to keep.
